St. Peter Daycare & Christian Learning Center
For over 35 years, our Daycare & Christian Learning Center has cared for the youngest members of our community. We know how hard it is to trust someone else with your most precious gift from God — so we aim to be a nurturing, safe, and positive home away from home, guided by caring teachers who treat every child as family.
We use the A Beka Book Curriculum, incorporating the Mississippi Pre-K Curriculum, so every child enters Kindergarten well prepared.
A note on our history: St. Peter also ran a K–6 Christian Academy from 1996 to 2011. The Academy has since closed, and our ministry to children today is focused on the Daycare & Christian Learning Center described on this page. Read more on our History page.
Faith woven into every day
Every child who walks through our doors is taught with the same care we'd give our own — academically prepared and spiritually grounded.
Daily Devotion
Scripture and prayer before meals turn everyday moments into teaching moments.
Balanced Nutrition
Breakfast, lunch, and two snacks daily, following MSDH guidelines, with allergy accommodations.
Whole-Child Focus
Academics, character, manners, and faith are taught together, not separately.
An Open Door
Email, call, or stop by anytime — tours are always welcome, no appointment required.
Monday–Friday
6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Based on your child's age
We enroll children in six age groups, and tuition is set per group: 2 months–1 year, 1–2 years, 2–3 years, 3–4 years, 4–5 years, and 5 & up. Contact our director for current rates for your child's age.
Come see it for yourself
The best way to meet our teachers and staff is to experience it firsthand. Call to schedule a personally guided tour, or reach out to our director directly.
